◆ UHOO DC is used as ultra fast accelerator for NR,SBR and latex. Relative to ZDEC and ZDMC, UHOO DC is relatively safe in the process. At room temperature it can extend the life of rubber products. ◆ UHOO DC is not pollute the vulcanized rubber, odorless, tasteless, stable. The vulcanization effect is best at 120 ℃ -150 ℃. Used for NBR foam, SBR and EPDM product. ◆ Advantages of UHOO DC: rapid vulcanizing, low vulcanizing temperature, high efficiency. Produce less nitrosamines, little odor when vulcanized, the bulk density is low for rubber and plastic foam products when the same quality. ◆ General dosage: 0.15-1 phr. |
